Services
Current call center operations are available 24/7 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) and include incoming product support and outgoing calls for telemarketing, direct sales, lead generation, and debt collection. Value added services include forecasting of calls, determining shift-structures, and analysing customer call patterns. Reporting can be further broken down into real time reporting and historical reporting.

Infrastructure
Paragon Communications operates through an extensive workspace for our call centre agents, with work stations that include a computer for each agent, a telephone set/headset connected to local telecom switches, and supervisor stations. Call centre staff are closely monitored for quality control, level of proficiency, and customer service.
